i cant function socially without alcohol, i literally cant speak without alcohol, it comes off very unnatural and forced and people just stare at me like some creep

drinking to socialize usually leads to me getting shit faced and i just cant stop drinking so that doesnt help either

weed helps me get comfortable with people but im just so in my own world when high that i cant socialize anyway so what can i do?
