How do i find trustworthy moderators without paying them?
I'm going to host an imageboard and I know that i'll need a team of mods if i want to avoid cp and other spam. But how do i find people willing to do this?? and for free?????

That being said, as the other guys in the thread have mentioned you'll have to post job postings on the website obviously or give out your email for applications. Check IP addresses of said posters from your admin panel if they have posted their for a while to check their post history(to ensure they aren't trolls or discordfags, drama queens, etc...). Every janitor/moderator never asked me for money. They should already know by now Le Free Dog meme and shouldn't expect a payment. My moderators log in at their own times and moderate at their own discretion. Good luck.
