How EXACTLY am I supposed to convince a complete stranger who I have never met before from the dark void of the internet to actually meet up with me in person?

I am very intelligent and physically attractive but after years of trying I simply cannot figure any of this out. How do I crack the code?

then you setup a date, in a nice public place like a bar, and have a couple drinks together.
so you can chat and gauge whether the person is normal or a psycho
