I want to get asylum in the USA, first to escape my country and second to meet the girl i am talking on discord to and probably get married. My asylum reasons are:
1) Human rights violations in my country which i saw, very extreme ones
2) Being conscripted for mandatory army service which is well documented to facilitate rape, beatings and other brutalities.
3) My country is a close ally of Russia, and may join the war soon, while i hate Russia, love freedom and don't support the war. I also had ukrainian friends and relatives if it matters
4)Being discriminated against for being neurodivergent, lied to by psychological institutions, being threatened by them
5)General concerns about the government, extreme crackdowns, political instability, lack of freedoms and the nation's hostility to the western world

Is this enough to get asylum?

Political persecution is the basic bitch reason, so sure. However, in the current situation maybe unadvised. ICE has quotas and they are going for anyone who looks "foreign". So even if you do get it, good luck with that wait list is long. Some pig might pick you to check off a box.

You'd be better off trying a closer country that doesn't hate you. The waiting list for asylum is long, and with the consideration that their are options that are closer to you. Doesn't help the case.

You might not have gotten the news, but the current US President is VERY xenophobic and doing all he can to expel the foreigners we have. He - and the government he leads - are not very welcoming to new applicants.

My mom’s family was able to claim political asylum during communism, but her parents were legit involved in anti-government conspiracy movements. Your best bet, in all honesty, is to come here on a visa and convince a negro girl to marry you.

I personally would welcome you to our country, you sound ok, but it's a bit tricky politically. As others said we're trying to stem the flow of 3rd worlders, and the general government bureaucracy makes legal immigration a mess. If you're not too broke, try to get a tourist visa, come stay for a few months, and try to convince your discord gf to marry you. Sorry but it's probably not going to be an easy process to get legal status. I hope you do though, even the most hardcore anti-immigrant reactionary just wants high quality people who will integrate with our culture, few are actually hostile to all foreigners.

No reason for asylum. Common things some asylum seeker are faking are:
- Pretend to be gay, if your country does have the death penalty for being gay
- Pretending to be from a polictical oppressed party. People "proof" it be show images of them being at a demonstration against the government, but that is probably not enough. If you have been arrested, then that would be more useful. Or if you are a know person publicly speaking against Lukashenko.

Probably better if you get a tourist visa and then marry her and convince people you acutally love each other.
