There's probably a reason why you eat fast food all the time. Is it because you feel you lack the time or means to cook?

It'll be difficult to go back to goyslop after you start eating healthy homecooked meals.

While you think of what the reason is - try to quit soft drinks cold turkey. Switch to water completely. You'd be surprised how much sugar that cuts.
