So I ordered some furniture online a week ago and got my confirmation email, but they didn't charge my account, and I haven't gotten any updates since then, but today they just charged about half of the value of the furniture to my account and still haven't sent any updates. I tried tracking my order on their website but it doesn't work. Customer service is closed until Monday. Is it normal for them to process an order this way? I just assumed they would take all the money at once. I just hope they aren't just going to charge me some kind of deposit that I didn't agree to and then not send my furniture.
