I studied very lightly since 18. Now I'm almost 26 and am six moths to one year away from getting my diploma (Industrial Eng) but I have no work exp. How fucked am I realistically?

it wont matter at all since you have gotten a degree. How the hell is someone without a degree supposed to get work experience for their career path that requires one? Engineering employers aren't going to care about your 6 years of serving or shelf stocking.

Just go to your college job fairs. They're always hiring, and you're an industrial engineer, once you get your PE license, you won't be unemployed ever again.
