Probably grew up in a narcissistic home, poor fella. You shouldn't limit yourself like that.
>>33285386 Japanese is just how people talk regularly. I mean, would you prefer TikTok voice where everything is the most exciting thing ever? I wouldn't.

I don't understand what's the trend with nowadays and Japanese people got anything to do whether anon speaks in a monotone voice?
If anything it's probably due to some unforeseen mental problems not gonna lie.

>>33285262 (OP) It is probably annoying for some people but I enjoy the challenge of trying to joke or insult a reaction out of an NPC. The problem with the boring part is that’s a lack of interest in what you are saying or respect for you. If that’s just how you are, that’s cool but if you can’t handle business and convey your disapproving opinions and throw your weight around a bit, that’s is a problem.

>>33285262 (OP) I grew up speaking monotone as well, and by the time I was 21, everytime someone shared sad news, and I replied "that's sad/i'm so sorry for you/i apologize" they always thought I was making fun of them or that I wasn't being serious since my voice was monotone when I said it.
Basically as I learned, as long as you can learn to emote when needed, it doesn't matter if you're monotone regularly
