I am currently being impersonated on steam with my face being shown & my discord tag by someone who I knew a while ago. Hes been doing this for the most petty reasons imaginable, & has been obsessed with me for a couple years now.

Im not too worried about since he doesnt have my full name or address besides my face but the fact he might try to defame me, using that account to say racial slurs in Counter Strike. He's also had visits by the RCMP for harassing other people as well. He has done multiple attempts to dox me.

You should befriend him again, try to gain his trust, then secretly collect as much incriminating evidence on him and dox him.

This. Not even because they will catch him or do anything useful, but it can be very important to have the police have an incident report about this in case you ever get in legal trouble or want to sue.
