I don't lift to fix any problems. I do it because I like it and want to become better. I'm not going to compensate for my other failures by just getting heavier and lifting heavier. I want to be strong for me, and my other problems I will fix the way that they need to be fixed, by working on my character, my goals, aspirations, and trying to become a better person. Every day we get to choose if we're climb the ladder of excellence, and I have not stopped climbing. It may have not prize at the end, but the journey itself must be bade into the reward.
