Pretty much this honestly it'll be embarrassing like your family will be more ashamed of you than they already are and stuff but if you even go to jail at all you'll just do a short stint there and it'll probably be reasonably comfy compared to what it would be in almost any other country. You'd get your gun taken away and maybe your career prospects if you ever had any in the first place would be a little worse but since you're in Denmark and are likely going to be getting in trouble for mental health related reasons you can just continue being honest about that or exaggerate it even and get on government benefits eventually if you think that'll be a significant issue I bet.
