What are some ADHD-friendly hobbies to pursue? I need something to occupy myself when I am not studying. I pick up several hobbies at once and end up not sticking with any at all.

I've got mild autism and I like to research things, especially mushrooms. And forage for mushrooms.

I will look into those genres. I usually prefer casual games that won't sink my time that much. Like, for example, I enjoyed Balatro. I was thinking of starting to learn snooker, but the average person who plays it is a gambling addict. For cardio, I was hitting 10k+ steps before my exams. Going to hit back. Planning to add pushups too to add some muscle mass. I don't have any instrument for a powerful PC to make digital music.

Ohh, nice, cool. Are you into psychedelics? I also learn the pharmacology and organic chemistry of recreational and nootropic drugs since I'm a pharmacy student. I had cringe goals when I first joined this field, like saving people's lives, lol, but I just now study so I can afford drugs and earn money.

I'm no expert, since I avoid twitching freaks but I might suggest:

1. Tap dancing - it will leverage the foot tapping.

2. Shuffle dancing if you have tourettist tendencies.

Is that really indicative of ADHD? I do the same.

It's not exclusive to ADHD but might be indicative of it depending on how you do other stuff.

rather than trying to make the world conform to your "weakness" you should work on yourself so you are capable of different things.

shape your own perspective, self train your behaviour patterns over time

t. guy with severe adhd who hasn't been on meds for 10 years
