best ways to supress hunger while dieting? I also appreciate unconventional ways. I really struggle with dieting, I stick to it for 4 days and then I relapse really hard and eat anything I get my hands on. Can't really buy food because I'm broke and still live with parents. I'm 21 yo, 100kg and 180cm

Zynns, but you must take care to not become addicted. I use nicotine the way a supermodel does. Adderall also does it if you can get it.

I already smoke cigs and I really don't feel a difference in hunger. Caffeine helps a little

Well, you should probably stop that. Shit's bad for your lungs, and you're going to need to be doing cardio.

Any non-caloric beverage, including the nicer sort of fasting salts.

A lot of "hunger" is actually "desire to chew." Celery, carrot or even gum can keep your mouth happy while not filling your stomach

You get used to it after suffering for like 7 days. But there is no alternative to fast food to fill you up, like some say. I can be in that state of hunger and still don't want to eat apples, but crave fatty and salty food like cheese.

If you go with low carb, then it's easier to eat shit and still lose weight. Because it gives you access to some of foods you crave instead of completely avoiding it. Like instead of eating cheese burger and fries, you eat just the patty, pickles, tomatoes and the salad.

You could try keto, imo it's too oily and I don't like the ketosis state. Dieting is individualistic and the goal is being able to do it without constantly hunger. Other ways would be ozempic and similar stuff, or Naltrexone/bupropion with is not as potent and pretty much overpriced. Other meds with weightloss side effects are venlafaxine, adderall, vyvanse or topiramate. All with other side effects though. And obviously opiates.

stop eating vegetables, stop eating grains, skip any carbs with gluten, skip all fiber, skip all alcohol, skip all synthetics, skip things with vegetable oil in it, skip all soda and similar drinks
eat animal foods, eat honey (the best carb), eat fruits as snacks, drink plenty of milk, eat plenty of cheese, eat eggs, eat fish, eat plenty red meat and animal fat (LDL will flush fat out of your system)

Yes, but it's easy to fall back again into old habits, just takes one family gathering with lots of food and you are back. You need to know what exactly is the strongest food cravings you have. I myself don't care about sweets and can abstain from that. But not with cheese or cured meats like salami. So instead of eating cheese and salami sandwiches I started just eat cheese, salami and salad or tomatoes. with no bread. Or put all in aspic. I can eat a lot of gelatin without getting diarrhea like with salad or other uncooked veggies.

But it's harder when you live with you parents and don't cook for yourself. I've lost a lot of weight after moving out without even trying.

When starving becomes intense: try a cup of bone broth or miso soup, hell even skip the miso and make some seafood broth.
Maybe make smoothies with avocado

Meditation.
Hunger is just a sensation felt by your brain, just ignore it.

Knowing exactly nothing about who you are or how you are trying to "diet", the best guess for why you're crashing out after 4 days is because you're eating megalow calories on those days and then feeling the inexplicable need to binge on day 5.

To successfully lose weight, calculate your BMR + TDEE (google: sailrabbit bmr) and shoot for a 500 to 750 calorie deficit. But then that means filling yourself up with 1600-2000 calories worth of meat, vegetables, fruits, and yogurts.

Why do I get the feeling that I am casting pearls before swine?

Espresso and cig in the morning, gum, eating more at once, drugs, alcohol. You can still eat while dieting, just be aware if what you are eating and craving. You can just starve yourself and eat one big meal a day, that's what I do.
