You’re not screwed. Plenty of people start making friends, learning to talk, and dating well into their late twenties and beyond. Start small by saying hi to people around you or joining a group that interests you. Conversation skills grow with practice so treat each chat as training. Over time you’ll build confidence, connections, and yes, intimacy too.

No. Join things. Build yourself. Try, fail, try again. As long as you don’t waste your time on video games, TV, porn, drugs whatever, and confront your problems you’ll be fine. But remember, you are going to suck at first and the first few things you try will fail. You need to keep going.

It was already over at 20. No matter how much you try, you will never be normal. No normal person ends up a kissless incel at 20. You can mechanically train and learn to fake a persona and hold conversations for your career and other necessary tasks of adult life, but you will never have genuine connections with other people.
