I'm starting to think my "gf" could actually kick my ass.

She's taller than me, she weighs more, and I think her bone density is actually better. Her not being submissive is also a big issue. I'm trying to figure out exactly why, but she is not "attractive" enough for me to bone even when she wants it.

Well, if there is not much interaction besides sex (which you seem not to be very excited about) and some other small interactions along the day, then I think just come clean with her. If you feel like you want to make things work with her, then try to do stuff that might ignite the passion back, like doing more stuff together, getting to know more sides of each other, go on dates, etc., but if you ain't very interested, just agree to be just friends. Might be a bit awkward at first, but it'll pass.
