I'm retarded when it comes to these things so I'll ask here. I never travelled abroad alone. I do not enjoy travelling so I always avoided it. But now, I am an exchange student and going to the UK. I got my visa, boarding passes and accomodation. I just have no idea how airports work. Can someone give me a qrd on the process of going through an airport? Also general UK advice? Strongly appreciated.

You get to the airport, before you get checked there are those terminals that print tickets (just watch the where the people go) you wait in line, pick your airline, enter your ticket number and print it, then you go through TSA you get your bags scanned etc. after that you're in and you iust have to find your gate (usually printed on the same very ticket) just get to the airport early if it's ypur first time
Good luck!

Get to the airport early. Like, 3 hours before the flight since it's your first time.
