it's kind of crazy how much having an IRL social circle changes your life. finally have one after 15 years of basically only being on the internet with other losers
>only had one friend in high school
>after highschool, had nothing
>didn't go to school
>overweight
>anxious
>depressed
>eat like shit
>khv
>can barely hold conversation
>no hobbies outside gaming
>terminally online
>porn-addicted
>FF 15 years, gained a social circle
>more confident
>more competitive with other males in a healthy way
>go to the gym regularly, almost certified /fit/izen
>no longer overweight
>eat better
>not nearly as depressed
>go out most other weekends
>even have the confidence to go alone to bars / clubs now if my friends arent available
>no longer khv thanks to group
>less time spent online
ditch your online friends, they are poor substitutes for real connection which is what every human needs to be healthy. i wont say i didnt get lucky because i kind of did as i got a job with really cool folks and your situation will be different, but trust me when i say it's worth the effort.
for those that are jobless, try some blue collar work. it's rough and it sucks sometimes but the people you meet might make it all worth it. and if you don't like it quit and find something else, there's always another job in the blue collar field
