I'm 19, 5'10 and weigh 121 pounds.
I'm inactive for most of the day in my room and i love my food but i cannot put on any weight. I think its over for me.

Consume larger people around you. You'll absorb their collective nutrients and put on weight. Just make sure you eat the whole corpse to hide the evidence. There's no way to tie you to the crime if you're digesting all of the evidence.

Start counting calories, hit the gym to stimulate muscular hypertrophy and get a minimum of 120g protien per day. You can hit calorie goals with nutritionally dense foods like eggs, fatty meats like bacon or roasts, and healthy fats like olive oil or tallow.
Not cardio, straight up weights for you brother. High weight, medium volume (heavy sets of 3x8 are my favorite), and a caloric surplus.

I'm 25, 5'11, 190lbs with big arms and a bit of a tummy. I get a lot more attention from women since I bulked up, but I'm married so that's just a novelty. Your focus should be your health not just the attraction game, you're in a great spot to get strong.

I have a hyperactive metabolism. Was a walking skeleton during childhood, kept having doctors pull me away from my parents and ask me if they were feeding me. 6ft, hit a top of about 120lbs, couldn't seem to get past it. The only thing that worked for me to get me off the anorexic look was to build some muscle mass. Lifting weights is good and all, but unless you are highly motivated you won't stick with it. Most people don't, it's the reason you always see cheap lightly-used exercise gear for sale.
If you wanna get some weight on your bones, get a somewhat physical job. I'm not saying to go hop into construction or heavy labor, but if you can get a job where you regularly need to pick up and move 10-20 pounds around then you will build some muscle out of it. Doing it as a job makes it easier to do it regularly without having to force yourself to be motivated. Instead of feeling like you are losing time every day to get your exercise in, you get your exercise doing the job you need to do anyways to support your lifestyle. I'm currently about 150lbs, down from my peak of 160lbs, but my current job isn't as physical so I haven't been keeping the same muscle mass.
It worked for me with my hyperactive metabolism, it can work for you.

Eat 3 meals a day. Work out 3 times a week. Go to school. Play some stupid ass video games, watch a movie, drink some alcohol, smoke some weed, and scroll social media. Is it really that hard?

become disciplined, eat healthy, get fit, befriend brocels irl and self improve together so you can revolt against the gynocracy. This also means improving your career prospects and occupying key positions in society so you can destroy the gynocracy from within.
