Legit how do people privately run chatgpt and shit on their own machines like is it an .exe i have to download or do i have to buy some subscription or do something specific? You can run ComfyUI privately on your system if you have the specs. There's also Automatic1111 and its Forge variant. Look up all the info.

Your system will run Comfy very well since it runs Cyberpunk on high. Specs refers to hardware typically. So yeah, get Comfy and learn about it.

I'll give you a little warning about using AI image generation that can produce NSFW: be very careful about what you create and how often you do. People have become addicted to it while expectedly gooning and that can fuck you up pretty bad. Illegal material has been made (such as revenge porn) and will continue to be made using ComfyUI and others, so that's another thing to be cautious about. Once you pop, you might not be able to stop.

the thing is Ai generated NSFW just doesnt look right. Its a fun thing to try sometimes i guess but it just looks all kinds of wrong, like... lets say i wanna touch myself or use some toys and i wanna goon to something on rule34. The ai stuff just looks so off compared to actually human produced nsfws.

Git is a way to get files using a command and is useful. I would try out ComfyUI_windows_portable since it is easy to set up as opposed to the more difficult way. If you can get that going, go to CivitAI for checkpoint files and other stuff like Loras.

Depends on what you define as chatgpt quality, if you want image gen, I would recommend Flux1, just read the BlackForestLabs Github to see how to download it. If you want the reasoning part, you need a couple grand in GPUs and other components. I would personally recommend you just go to a random image gen website, as granny level knowledge is nowhere near enough to run local llms. If you want to actually learn about llms then go to huggingface or any of the other forums, reddit has decent subreddits on running llms locally.

A Checkpoint file is like a guide, trained on images, that directs the AI to gen images with certain styles. A Lora can help guide an image more specifically, such as rendering better hands.

CivitAI is a site with a lot of tools for Stable Diffusion, and Comfy is based on Stable Diffusion. ComfyUI is modular, so you'll need a YouTube tutorial to run you through how to rig it up. There are a lot of ways to it for different purposes Also, get the Manager for Comfy so you can easily download updates and additional modules, models, etc.

i tried the CivitAI website and i downloaded some file ending in .safetensors
It said just drag it into the ComfyUI
i did and it just made a huge mess of windows. If i try to press run it just says error
i still dont even know where i should write a prompt or something, this looks nothing like what the guy shows in youtube video tutorial

ComfyUI can be a pain in the ass to make it work, but don't give up on it. I'm not trying to fuck your system up and noobs to Comfy tend to have issues until they sort everything out. Start with the basics and go from there. I can also send my usual workflow so you can paste that in, but it may be a bit before I do. My current keyboard isn't keyboarding quite as well as it did before and I might need to step out to get a new one.

If you want to run it locally (needs a good graphic processor and free GBs of storage for the model). The CoomfyUI that you downloaded is only a frontend, then there's the AI model itself that you can choose from CivitAI, it's what actually does the work.
