In manual, you actually need to develop the muscle memory to work the clutch and shift.
Aside from that, the other thing is learning defensive driving and stop being afraid of traffic.
Those are the hardest aspects of driving.

PVE driving is easy

PVP driving is insanely nerve wracking and several times a year someone will put you in a situation that's 10x more difficult that you could never have planned for and you will want to murder them so you instantly lose the presence of mind of being able to navigate

It takes some getting used to, but if you're careful it will be easy.

You'll be fine as long you follow these 2 rules.

1) Pay attention to where you're going. Not just what's straight ahead but around you. Always LOOK first, MOVE second,

2) Be predictable. Use signals, move gradually, don't dart.

And remember, 90% of accidents are caused by driving too fast or being distracted.

Yes and no. Everything has a logical order to it that you can easily get the hang of, but if you're not 100% paying attention or if other drivers are not following the rules it can be very difficult.

I'm still not always the best at parking and the wheel is pretty easy to turn, at least on most cars. I can drive with just 2 fingers most of the time

Yes. If you have the smallest modicum of dexterity, spatial awareness, and proper vision, even from playing video games, you'll be better than at least half of the drivers out there. Follow the logical things to do while driving, be defensive, and be aware of everything.
