The idea that women are too feminine and weak to initiate is straight bullshit. Women will take on many tough male dominated roles in society and even excel in them, yet somehow approaching a man is beyond them? Women love doing the job of a man when it benefits them, but being approached first is one benefit of being a women that they will rarely give up.
