How do I let people order me around at work since my job doesn't matter and I shouldn't really care since I'm getting paid?

I do fine for the most part until there's a sudden shift in my job responsibilities and then I'm forced to do things that are against my interests or suddenly I'm taking orders from people who I don't think should be telling me what to do

I just get REALLY FUCKING PISSED when things are going my way and I'm improving and refining my process and then suddenly control is taken out of my hands
It feels like god is telling me to murder my son like God said unto Abraham
