Will caffeine stop making me anxious if I keep drinking it every day? Will I eventually adapt to it and just reap the positives from having it?

Caffeine if properly dosed shouldn't induce anxiety.
It would probably require several large cups of coffee in a row before I noticed any physiological effect.
If not drinking caffeine abates anxiety symptoms for you, it's likely you're unusually sensitive to it.

So you're addicted to caffeine then.

No definitely not, it'll only worsen over time. The only chance you have to have reduced anxiety is if you drink so much caffeine to experience adrenal fatigue and that is even more dysphoric.

If you can't quit caffeine at all try avoiding coffee (contains MAOIs that are psychoactive on their own) and switch to green tea. The latter contains L-Theanine which calms the nervous system and evens out the caffeine a little bit. Just know that the effect caffeine induces on the body is literally the fight or flight response, so anxiety isn't just a side effect, but basically the intended reaction to the substance from your body

Yes, like probably 75% of adults I would feel groggy for half an hour longer in the morning if I didn't drink a coffee
My sincerest congratulations that you've managed to stay clean from this awful vice. You must be a very disciplined person.

There actually aren't any benefits to caffeine. People who claim it helps them concentrate are addicted to caffeine and relieving their withdrawal symptoms.

drink black tea instead. you really only need that little boost to get you going and everything else comes from being in motion

I drink about a pot of coffee every morning and I don't feel like it makes me anxious, but it does dehydrate me pretty bad somedays, especially when it's hot out.

100mg of L-theanine in your coffee takes the edge off and spreads the "lift" out.
