I think I have anger issues or something
when I was a kid I would punch people who pissed me off and cry and you know get in trouble
my solution was to just hold it in however I still have this issue where ableit rarely I get so easily pissed off I get a headache and want to crack someone's skull and I feel like crying
and I feel like if I let out a sliver of anger it'll all blow up in that

those are very childish reactions to frustration
you gotta look up onto ways to channel your frustration that are not similar to that of a little kid
we all did what you did when we were little, it just subsides as you grow up and rationalize doing that is not only ridiculous but doesn't gain you anything, even if there were no consequences, you still didn't clear the problemn that causes that during your bout of aggresion.

As someone who never gets angry, basically, just think for a moment about what your episode of anger will actually accomplish.
Angers purpose is to lower your inhibitions. Only get mad if itโ€™s useful.
