i abused lyrica to 5g daily for 2 weeks, i stopped cold turkey a couple days ago, and now im so irritated over the smallest things, like im so annoyed by sound, what can help?

I have a relative that has chronic pain from a back injury and when he realized he had a chemical addiction to the opiates they gave him, he just locked himself in his room for a few days and slept/sweat it out without saying anything. Not sure what the best solution is but I'm a fan of just sleeping when I'm agitated, personally. Your brain just ignores everything.
