Basically I need some advice to get over some one. Recently me and my ex broke up even tho bro was all over me and then was talking with someone while I was in the mental hospital. Me and him were still together.

Two days after I got out of the mental hospital he left me and got with another girl a day later..
He began to talk major shit about me as soon as he got with this girl and was talking shit about me with his girl best friend. I always didnt have a good vibe about him having a girl best friend (idc if that makes me jealous i just don’t like it.)

im not sure if I should be upset but it hurts even tho me and him were together for like 4 months. I just really wished he stayed when I need him most
