If you know what problems you have, and what are your weakness, then you already have the blueprints to fix your life.
Those are not your biggest problems. Your biggest problem is lack of action against your shitty life.
I advise you to do basic steps:
-Identify your biggest procrastinating activities. Try to remove those from your life, or at least limit them.
>e.g. Gaming, porn).
-Get a job. Any job that you can do and will make you money. It's important to make your own money if you want to start having agency in your own life.
-Write down a routine that would be the perfect day for you. The things you would like to study, the things you'd like to do everyday so you can feel at the end of the day that you had a productive and fulfilling day.

Those are three simple steps, but if you are a professional procrastinator it's probable that you will start them and not finish them. Be aware of your own shortcomings and try to commit to those steps.

Get a job somehow and everything else after that will slowly fall into place.

You need structure and something to protect you from being alone with your thoughts.

There are very simple solutions to all the problems you listed. In fact just going to the gym and getting a job fixes most of your list if you stay consistent for a few months. I think the real problem is your mental, op. Do you feel like 21 is too late? Because I'm 34 now and I remember being in your position. I cringe thinking how retarded I was being barely out of highschool and feeling like my life was over.

Just try to get yourself to do the things you need to do, exercising, job, talking to people, if you keep at it and don't pussy out you will eventually become normal.

Gotta have better habits.

>shitty teeth
Brush them twice a day
>bad posture
This is obviously from looking at your phone and playing computer games. You have probably developed some muscular imbalances such as: weak back muscles, tight chest muscles, tight hamstrings. Become Asian and eat on the floor, try to spend 5 minutes every day sitting cross-legged and holding your arms straight out, you should feel this in your upper back. This is how a child sits and holds things naturally, they have great posture. After your 5 minutes of holding your arms out you need to sit on the floor with a straight back and straight legs, if this is difficult then you need to start hamstring exercises. I would recommend downward dog. You donโ€™t have to be some monk doing this for hours, but at least make a habit of doing them every day, even if for only 30 seconds. Increase time, build discipline over time
>scared to talk to people
This is due to low confidence, it is something you have to develop, you need to socialize yourself. Put yourself in situations where you have to interact with normal people, do not associate with weirdos and lowlifes because it makes you comfortable. Put yourself around people who you want to be like. Join a pool club or church group.

You only have one life to live, nut up and give it your best shot. Rest assured there is an afterlife, and god will not take kindly to his creations that moped around and squandered the miracle of life. Give yourself a fighting chance and embrace the struggle of life
