I recently broke up with my girlfriend, so I’ve been streaming alone. Honestly, I don’t know what to do. I stopped making clips for my other social media because I don’t feel the need to talk, be funny, or do anything extra right now.

What should I do? I try to make my streams stand out, and the quality of video and audio is almost professional.

Can someone be my friend? I really need people to play games with or just do fun stuff together.

Make the stream interactive. Pick a random audience member to join your game.

That's not a good thing. Make it seems artificial. A certain dinginess is needed.
Try to get traction on youtube and various discords. It would be easier than from streaming. Don't stop streaming though.
Anyways, join a cooking class or something. Perhaps language lessosns. Meet new people.
