I don't know if this is the right place to post looking for health advice, but a few months ago while I was sleeping in the lounge room at my workplace my coworker told me that some guy pricked me with a syringe. She couldn't stop the person because she was on the other side of the hallway but she was sure that person was holding a syringe and put it in his bag. Every month I took a blood test sample and came out clean, but this month when I took a blood test I came out HIV positive. Are there ways to track this person? This world is so malicious and how evil people are trying to have fun making other people suffer. I'm a virgin but now I have an HIV.

I'm not lying. I have nobody to talk to and it's pointless to speak to a doctor since HIV is incurable anyway. I just want the evil person who pumped me blood full of HIV to get tortured and die in the most painful ways.

is the guy who did it someone who works there? did your coworker get a good eye on them? if not, you can try asking security for the feed on the day it happened, assuming there were security cameras in that area.
infecting someone with a lifelong disease is a pretty serious offense within the law.

Not in California it isn't.
