I'll be brutal Anon, if she is from a western country, she isn't shy trust me. They all have massive egos and high self-esteem.
The awkward ones don't behave the same way as shy and awkward guys do, it's not the case anymore.
All females are super open towards the guys they are interested in (top 5%). If you have to WONDER whether she likes you - she doesn't.

My man this is so multivariabled and dependent on the woman you might as well as us which shoes you should.wear today without telling us what shoes you have or where youre going.
In general:
If you've known her a long time and nothings happened she probably isnt interested.
If she isnt actively trying to get your attention, talk to you, learn about you, she probably isnt interested.
If you compliment her, banter playfully with her, be suggestive with her, and she doesn't reciprocate, she probably isnt interested.

Look for indicators of interest. If she's not giving you IOI's you're likely in the friend zone.
Verbal IOIs:
She compliments you.
She asks your name without prompting.
She asks if you have a girlfriend.
She initiates or maintains conversation.
She laughs at your jokes, even if they’re not particularly funny.
Non-verbal IOIs:
She makes and holds eye contact.
She smiles genuinely at you.
She moves closer to you or orients her body toward you.
She touches you lightly or allows you to touch her without discomfort.
She plays with her hair or touches her face while looking at you.
She mirrors your gestures, posture, or speech patterns (synchronization).
She finds reasons to be near you or stays in your proximity.
She prepares or dresses well, seemingly for your benefit.
