When a narcissist goes from liking you a lot to devaluing you and then dumping you and talking shit about you and laughing about you and all their friends mock your actions after and you just seem like a fucking joke now as they all cringed they ever even entertained the idea of you

But I blame myself. I was cringe. He cringed and laughed at me, like I didn't exist. He laughed at me in public once with his friend. I am sure I've become the biggest joke to his friends group.

Set boundaries, avoid contact wherever possible, don't get emotional around them, if you do have to interact with them keep it short and eventually the narc will move onto someone else
