Tldr should I try dating men who only share hobbies with me that I am not that interested in?
To explain, my main interests are tistic music stuff since that is atleast a media you can always consume, but mine are kinda too niche so i am thinking should I try to talk to men who are I to interests I am mildly in like I guess lolcows and language/philosophy (I am less into language and philosophy since they are more deppressing so lolcows would be a better bet). But idk if that will work since I am way more interested in music so if the guy doesn't have that I feel I will still not be attracted to talking to him/unable to connect. I guess I can only answer this question since at the end of the day it is about my feelings but would love to hear your input

artistic or autistic?

>should I try to talk to men who are I to interests
what?
are you just fully speed phoneposting with no brakes on the autocorrect

anyways, whatever kind of music you're into, there's 1000% guys who are into it as well

same with language and philosophy, and lolcows as well.

In my experience though only closeted lolcows obsess over open lolcows, so maybe put that aside as your basis for building relationships.

Also it doesn't have to be a guy who idenditaclly shares all of your specific tastes in books and music or whatever, it can be adjacent to what you're into and close enough. It's even better sometimes, where instead of being in a relationship with someone who you already know everything about because they're basically you so you have little to talk about, you can discover new things with them and they can discover new things with you. Things that aren't completely outside of each other's comfort zones.

Sorry for the shit spelling I always had this problem if I don't proof read.

Tistic. I mean yeah and my ex had that bad still hard to find on my similar age group, continent and not fat. That is why I am thinking of branching out to lolcows and philosophy/language . About the lc comment oh yeah I mean I follow them since I am tistic myself so I can relate to their plight. About the adjacent interests part, I mean atleast when it comes to music that doesn't work since different subgenres even sound so different

As a guy that has a lot of interests, I don't really care if a girl shares my interests directly. I just want her to be thoughtful and have a developed worldview and sense of self.

Define the last part? I like reading philosophy but I don't think I can say I have those since it is impossible to assess

Relationships are defined by their bounds. Someone who doesn't have herself figured out is going to wander around through a relationship as she tries to identify her place within it, making it hard to define. I don't want to date another philosopher: I want to date someone who has a consistent internal philosophy, whether or not she recognizes it on those terms. In short, hobbies can be explored together, or we could just sit together in silence. Either way, I don't want to date an adult high schooler.

>not being specific
It's not about the specifics; that's the point. Perspective of anything (and by extension fitness for a relationship) relies on a firm understanding of self. The details to be fleshed out constitute themselves in the process of life. Children have unreliable perspectives because they have undeveloped ego: they have no definite relationship to themselves, and this is why children aren't prepared for intimate relationships with others. Many adults never progress much past this stage.

The more you have in common in interest and morals the better.
