I was having some beers listening to music and singing along in my room. I talked to my mother about random historical facts I wanted to talk about but now I’m worried I was obviously drunk etc and maybe I looked retarded.

I guess I should just talk to her tommorow to clear things up? Idk I just feel embarrassed because I never really sing or play music loud or infodump. She seemed like she wanted to hear me talk so maybe I’m just overthinking it.

For the “whats the advice guy” im asking how to navigate a perceived awkward experience.

It wasn’t really normal music either it was IRA music and also some confederate songs and then fallout new vegas radio but nothing overtly offensive. Just old historical songs.

When my dad got home I spent an hour rambling about french history and he seemed more concerned because its unusual for me.
