>can't force myself to do those things
>end up spending my days on quick dopamine hits
It is always like this when holidays start, I rarely read my books (even if I enjoy them) and whenever I start playing something "demanding" (something more complicated than shooting things up) I can't play for more than 30 minutes even though I could play 8 hours straight during a normal weekend. Does anyone else expierience this? How do (You) resolve such a situation?

I don't play video games of any sort and I make minimal use of social media (just enough to take in the headlines, since I don't like "news reportage" generally. I divide my time between light exercise outdoors and books (mostly self-directed study, but also interspersed with hard sf ).

How does one come to lack the diligence to play video games? This must be that terminal brainrot I've been hearing about.

A life must be empty indeed if playing video games is a goal rather than just an entertainment

Yeah, I also would like to have a more noble goal such as fucking Stacies, but I lack both Chad physisque and personality
