what do you want advice for? it's no weed. you graduated high school and realized that you have no status in society so spiraled and had a mental breakdown. probably your guardians or whoever also lack emotional self-awareness or the ability to be honest about difficult things so they freaked out and heard that people with mental problems of any kind need therapy or hospitalization, so they freaked out and pushed you towards one. It's a very common story amongst people of the lower middle class and lower. Get a job and save and invest. Maybe try too look nicer, but don't have a manic episode if it raises your confidence or you'll start doing hard drugs and OD.

Don't smoke weed. You are a stoner you are good at not doing things. I've been smoking for almost 7-9 years straight and I've quit recently for a job and it really isn't hard. Just find a hobby you like and do that instead ie guitar or painting minis. You can smoke again when you have more control but take a break for a month or 2
