I've always wanted to be a creative ever since I was young. I've day dreamed about being one and tried working my ass off trying to write ever since I was around 12. My parents tried pushing me towards it for school assignments. I also wanted to draw but never got into it seriously.

I've been wanting to write again for nearly 2 years now and have barely made any progress towards that goal. I've only done one little drabble like 2 years ago and haven't done any exercises since then. I've been trying to get myself to write, but all of it looks too complicated and exhausting for me. I've tried multiple different strategies, but they never seem to work. I've tried forcing myself to write, but can only make myself write a couple of sentences for barely 30 seconds before stopping and looking at my phone again.

I've never been able to complete a single multichapter story in my entire life and actually coming up with stories isn't much better. I can't think anything through and everything about trying to make an entire story looks too hard for me. I want to be a creative really badly, but nothing I've done seems to have amounted to much of anything. I want to become one so badly, and I want to stop wasting my life doing nothing.

Start using AI, you can create shit by just typing a few words in and pressing a button, getting all the satisfaction of being a creative with none of the work (albeit none of the recognition either)

Stop fucking asking.
Do or don't.
You are or you aren't.
It's ok to fail, but you must try..

How do I make myself do it? I'm tired of only being able to stare at walls while occasionally playing a video game. I'm tired of not being able to understand all these programs and processes that everyone else can. What the fuck do I do?

If you spent as much time writing your own shit as you do reposting this thread you'd already see some improvement. To be a creative you have to do something, retard.

Well now and this is a novel idea, if you have these dopamine trap modern horrors eating all your attention and willpower, maaaaaybe REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR LIFE.
Throw your phone in the ocean and delete steam off your PC. Next start by reading every night for an hour before bed, and going outside for walks with no music. Once you've successfully reconstituted your brain out of the mush currently inside your skull, maybe then you can start learning how to have creative discipline.

Maybe read a guide you fucking retard

Also consider thinking critically about any stories you engage with. And if you do any drugs, stop doing them all. Also stop fapping all the time (someone like you totally does) until your higher brain function has returned.
Furthermore, try doing some basic math exercises, or going through some basic math classes online.

First, I'm sorry, didn't you say you want to write?
That's pretty famously something you don't need a computer for. Also, also. You can still do a little bit of basic retard-proofing for your computer, remove the applications which bring you the most harm, install firewalls and blacklist and set up blocked websites. Why make excuses???

learn two concepts and throw them together. add one new concept every so often and mix up the combinations so you don't get bored and stale. people mess up by wanting to create something new and genre-defining in the beginning. practice the cliches. PRACTICE THE CLICHES.

That's not a spelling mistake, that's a grammar mistake.
