My ex girlfriend's parents are suing me for damages to her apartment in the amount of thousands of dollars. Never lived there so they are wasting money and time. Her mother was a guarantor on the lease and got my ex evicted out of spite for being with me.

Their only pride and joy is their beautiful yard with perfect grass, trees and flowers.

I'd like to kill most if not all the grass in my yard, but it needs to be delayed. Glyphosate works too quickly so that's not ideal. It needs to be done in one application and discreetly, no machines or large equipment. I'd like a delay of at least a few days and it needs to be AS IRREVERSIBLE AS POSSIBLE. The type of grass is both fescue and zoysia and the average temperature here this time of year is about 80 degrees fahrenheit. It's an irrigated yard so no shortage of water. Please help me in my mission to kill my grass.
