As a non offending, but disgusted by self pedophile, how would I go about getting chemically castrated? I doubt
any doctor would do it just because of my given reason, how can I either convince a doctor to do it, do it myself, or
find some other way to solve my problem? Potentially willing to self administer if possible and necessary.

Having said that you should talk to a doctor. Probably get a referral to a psychiatrist. There probably are things they can do to reduce your libido and sexual feelings and therapies to help you with this.

You deserve to find peace OP, please speak to a therapist. The fact that you know what you want is bad and seek redemption tells me you're not a bad person.
You might be prescribed antidepressants/anti anxiety meds which can significantly reduce libido, wouldn't castrate you but would help you control and reduce urges.

You should tell people you're a trans woman and start taking the hormones. That's basically what they give you when you're chemically castrated: female hormones.

It won't be as effective, but you could also try getting a female friend (or two) to get a doctor to prescribe her/them the combination contraceptive pill, one with the highest dose of oestrogen possible, and then you take it instead.
