Hi /adv/, I need some help
I'm dating a girl and everything is going great, she's not the problem.
The problem is that whenever she doesn't text or talk to me for a few hours, I get really anxious and start thinking that she started hating me overnight for some reason, which I know is not true.
The reason behind this is that my ex used to "punish" me by ghosting me for hours or days whenever I did something she didn't like.
How can I overcome this insecurity and tell my brain to shut up and stop getting anxious over something completely normal? I don't want to ruin this.
