And the methods in the other reply don't sound painless/less painful lol. Also, those third party services are probably gonna charge a fortune for which I don't have the money. If I don't quit soon and if I can get through next 3-5 years, I plan to gather some more money for the family instead. But if I can't make it, I still need a plan. I'm unsure if those third party services exist here in my part of the world or how to find them.

I'm trying to figure out a way to get my hands on some legally available substances to overdose on it but I also don't wanna get into a vegetative state to be a burden on my family.

Things like? Insurance? I want to leave some money to my family, sure. And yeah, I do want attention to get help and plan it all. I'll only have one shot, hopefully. I'm not seeking mental help, I'd see a therapist or talk to some friends or family. All that is a reasonably waste of time anyway.

Spike your own drink at a bar with a fast acting poison maybe? No cctv though so they can't see you spike it later. Also make sure the way you obtain said poison is untraceable.

I don't drink and I'm not known to drink. But we have snakes around here. Snake bite might work well. Thanks. Sleeping pills overdose might work too and unless there's a post mortem report, it should go untraceable, yeah? Obtaining these substances is going to be difficult while looking natural and being untraceable.
