If you are having a genuine interaction you can give her a full smile, it starts with the eyes and teeth are displayed. This signifies "Oh hey she's actually good looking" and its off the cuff

You can try this with people you aren't interacting with but its a stretch. If you just spot a stranger and make eye contact you can just do a mouth smile and a nod, looks cocky but it's more nonchalant. Different girls have different preferences.
