I'm a computer science student heading into my senior year this fall. I still never got an internship before and my only experience has been this shitty minimum wage job I'm working rn. I'm a bit bougie so my dad has been covering expenses so it's not apocalyptic if I'm without employment for awhile but yeah.

Work on your coding skills to be a valuable tool for companies, as opposed to just half assing classes with C's and D's and doing no actual practical learning with a computer. If you demonstrate to an employer that you can put a thought to a program you'll be farther ahead than a lot of people.

>senior year
>still never got an internship
1. apply for wagie job
2. wait 5+ years for the next boom where things are so good they overlook no internships

What you can do, is try to make a few programs and games to show to employers. They look at these, they'll be like (depending on the quality) "Damn this guy knows how to code! And he has a bachelor's degree from (insert state university)!" and then you get hired. You got a lot of time on your computer. You can do this!
