For meals eat lean meats like lean ground beef and chicken breast. Cook in non-stick skillet with light cooking spray for even less calories. Get some good pre-mixed seasons and get an all purpose seasoning with MSG to make your food taste good. Eat green veggies like broccoli and cucumber. For fruit only eat berries like blueberries, strawberries, raspberries... these will be your dessert. Finally if you're hungry and it's end of the day, just go to sleep to skip a meal. It's just THAT easy bro.
