A lifetime of work and suffering. There is no other way, if you are born like this, you are gonna spend your whole life struggling in the world that normies built. It's like moving to a foreign country but being unable to ever learn the language, it will always be a struggle.

Make sure to enjoy yourself sometimes by doing things you genuinely like, or being in nature.
Normies might rule their world, but they don't own the entire surface of the planet.
Sometimes there is refuge from their nightmare.
