how do you get rid of anxiety in your stomach? it just sits there all day and its really annoying because it stops me from enjoying my day. as far i can tell im doing everything i need to do to be healthy like diet exercise and socializing. thinking of getting on meds to fix it but idk.

Transcutaneous (TENS) vagus nerve stimulation. (The stomach and brain are closely connected via the vagus nerve)

>vagus nerve stimulation
this is interesting because i have been having crazy heart palpitations too only when i lie down. went to a doctor twice and everything and couldnt find a problem.

happened to me until i was like 22, then it completely stopped. it was just anxiety for me, over stressing about some "work", that "needed" to do. When I was finally out of HS for long enough, my brain stopped making me worry about some make believe assignment I felt like i had to do. Laying down and trying to finally relax for the day would make my entire heart shutter.

A temporary band-aid is this exercise right here:

I tried many breathing thingies, so far this is the one htat hits the spot, at least temporarily

You could hug someone, that helps a lot.

But all in all you get rid of anxiety by getting rid of the source of the anxiety, there's no escaping that
