I have a neighbor a quarter mile down the road who works at a no kill animal shelter. I have a new stray cat in my yard every week (not an exaggeration). Theyre never kittens, all adults cats. This has been happening for months.
Am i right to assume its her bringing them home and letting them go? Are they allowed to do this?
What can I do to stop her?
Thank for any advice anons.

pay attention to the cats she brings home and if they're the same ones.

How do you know they're strays?

The local shelter does catch and release; there's supposedly a nationwide standard that spayed/neutered strays have a docked ear. Do your illegal alien cats have docked ears?
