When I join discord channels and chitchat, I end up "creeping" people out or I end up being "annoying" and I can immediately sense when people start being nice to me all of a sudden or change the way they talk, especially when I speak a lot or said a lot of things. I don't know how to describe it.
Even in real life university group chat I end up doing the same.
IRL I am a bit reserved and do not talk a lot because I know if I let go and talk freely the same would happen so it's not as severe IRL.
What to do to avoid this? Am I screwed? I am not severely autistic (nonverbal, etc.) but I am certainly on the spectrum.
