How do I gain confidence in myself to stop thinking like this guy? Like, instead of being relived that a woman don't see me as a potential rapist, just seeing a woman sitting on the seat by my side on the bus as a mundane event?

Actually, today I was walking on the street and the woman in front of me looked behind, saw me, stopped walking and waited for me to pass her. I'm just a little fat (by European standards) and normal-looking, maybe even handsome if I were slim.

I purposefully dress like a hobo and I enjoy people moving away from me in disgust.
1. Having more personal space is always welcome. Imagine you're on a full bus, but you specifically have a free seat next to you. Comfortmaxx.
2. Most of those people are normies anyway and not worth my attention. I got good at telling people what they want to hear (normies call it "social skills") and the whole operation was a massive regret, because all you get is more and more empty pointless smalltalk.
3. Understand that you're not going to get a woman, give up, and move on. Think of it like "sure, it would be nice to go to Mars, but realistically, it won't happen, no point thinking about this besides a little daydreaming".
