I don't think i'm ever going back to the DMV. I would rather not drive ever again than feel like the biggest retard on the planet (I probably am). I failed my first driver's test because I cut a guy off.
The instructor told me to change lanes but keep telling me to maintain the speed limit. The car next to me was doing exactly the speed limit.
I confirmed it verbally that he wanted me to move over, also that I should not speed up.
He said yes.
I moved over and pretty quickly slowed down get into the turn around.
Dude was being a prick, I think that these guys get off on the power.

This was what happened to me technically, he specified "do not lane change unless I tell you" and so when he said "right turn on this intersection" my brain instantly said "right lane, right" but paranoia thought "no dude he said no lane change" and then I went full tard. He spent a full 5 minutes in the car quizzing me on "what I was thinking" purely so he could tell me I was stupid and shouldn't drive. Maybe he's right. You cant be that bad at driving. I jumped into the road test without even driving beforehand and I figured it out. Push pedal and go, press other pedal to stop. Turn wheel to change where to go. 10 year olds can drive and there are billions of brown people who mentally are 10 driving right now, and they mostly drive manuals that are harder than automatic like you probably drove, so imagine how easy that is

Take the test somewhere else. Most driving schools are licensed to do the test, so you can skip doing it at the DMV. Don't give up because some fat retard hates his job.
