My father has and I suspect will continue to tell awful things about me to his side of the family. He'll say stuff like I'm crazy and my word is not to be trusted and such. Some of them will listen to him and it's caused an uncomfortable rift in our family relations. I'm in a NEETlike situation with no car, and little money. I'll be moving closer to them so I very much want to maintain a good relationship with them. How can I prove myself as someone who's not a threat and worthy of building relationships with?
